Your Portal to
Jewish
Understanding
"Hah-Vah-Nah"
-- Hebrew for "understanding" - is a planned inovative adult
education program, housed at the
Educational
Alliance, which will
provide
weekly lectures on various aspects of Jewish tradition, history,
thought,
cooking, Hebrew language, and a host of other topics aimed at a general
Jewish
audience. The environment will be stimulating and
interactive; the goal
will be increased understanding, on many levels, of our rich Jewish
heritage.
